M&C Saatchi/Mark’s ‘Ping-Pong by Noise’ has now won in all 4 of the 4 shows it’s been judged in so far.

It's also won for every aspect of the piece:

    - SOUND DESIGN (BRONZE at LIA)

    - SELF-PROMOTION (BRONZE at ADMA)

    - MOBILE APP (SILVER at CAPLES)

    - DIRECT MAIL (BRONZE at AWARD)

It’s rare that a piece is recognised this comprehensively. Good things are expected for more Silvery and possibly even Golden stuff at Cannes, OneShow and D&AD.

Josh Bryer has been professionally employed as a writer since 1997 (15 years). He began his career at Ogilvy Cape Town, where he worked across a variety of blue chip accounts. In addition to concept and copy, his responsibilities included creative client liaison, where strong presentation skills were a prerequisite, and have become one of his areas of expertise.

Josh’s equal passion for creativity and results has garnered him many awards, including a D&A In-Book, 2 One Show Merit awards and a coveted Cannes Gold Lion.

After 5 years at Ogvily Cape Town he moved below-the-line, to experience direct marketing, at Ogilvy One Dublin. During his tenure there, he worked across a multitude of big brands including Amex and Ford and graduated to Senior Writer.

He now specialises in both Direct and Digital, where he also applies his Mainstream background and skills to multi-media integrated campaigns.

The awards have continued to flow for creativity and effectiveness alike, including a 2008 D&AD In-Book, 2 silvers and 2 bronzes at the 2009 ADMA awards, 2 bronzes at the 2010 Effies (effectiveness awards), and another 3 bronzes and 1 silver at ADMA 2010.

In 2010 a radio spot he wrote that was one of just 19 pieces chosen from 650 to represent the best work worldwide since Directory began in 2007.

His latest haul of awards (2011) comes from 'Ping-Pong by Noise' which has picked up 3 bronzes and 1 silver in 4 shows so far, and in 4 separate categories: DM, mobile apps, sound and self-promotion.
